Founded on a leaking margin
Mostick was started by former operations consultants who kept seeing the same story inside growing service businesses: the work was good, the clients were happy, and the margin was quietly bleeding out through the seams between spreadsheets, chat threads, and half-adopted tools. Onboarding lived in someone's head, capacity was a feeling, and billing reconciliation was a monthly archaeology. They built Mostick to fix the seams.
What Mostick does
Mostick is an operating layer for agencies, consultancies, clinics, and field-service teams:
- Standardized delivery: codify how your work actually gets done — stages, owners, checklists — so quality stops depending on memory.
- Automated recurring operations: onboarding sequences, scheduling, follow-ups, and reporting run themselves once defined, freeing the team for the work that needs a human.
- Capacity and margin visibility: see who is overloaded, which clients consume more than they pay, before the month-end reveal.
- Billing reconciliation that ties delivered work to invoices, so revenue stops leaking through unbilled hours.
How we work with customers
Implementation is guided, not DIY: our team helps you map your current operations in days, because a tool nobody sets up is a tool nobody uses. We integrate with the accounting and communication stack you already run. Pricing is flat and published — we do not charge per automation, which would be charging you for adopting us.
Growth is supposed to be the goal, but for service businesses it is usually the test. Mostick is the operations stack that lets you pass it — automate the chaos, keep the craft, and stop paying for scale with sleep.
